Accommodation

GROUND FLOOR - The spacious ground floor is composed of a large dining room, suitable even for small parties, a professional, fully-equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, office space and two bathrooms.

FIRST FLOOR - The upper floor includes four charming bedrooms and one comfortable living room. Two of the bedrooms are double, both with en suite marble bathrooms; the remaining two bedrooms are twin and share one spacious bathroom. A staircase leads up to beautiful living room space tucked under the Villa's roof, equipped with a large library perfect for whiling away a rainy day.

ANNEX - Located just a few meters away from the main villa, the cosy annex houses a double bedroom with private bathroom (Jacuzzi tub).

OUTDOOR FACILITIES
Lovely two-acre lawn reaching the edges of the adjacent fields, swimming pool, children's wading pool, barbecue station and paved patios for al fresco dining, separate laundry.

Services included

Included in the weekly rental charge is one housekeeper Monday-Saturday for general cleaning duties (four hours per day).

Midweek change of bed and bath linen included.

A gardener looks after the grounds and the swimming pool.

Services not included

One 'Tuscan Mamma' is available to prepare Italian or Continental breakfast each morning and provide meal service for either lunch or dinner.
