Each of Matteucci's elegant bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom and all linens and bedding are of the highest quality. Guests of the Villa will enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding fertile olive groves and a small lake with a tiny island reached by a quaint wooden bridge. The estate abounds with charm and comfort and is the perfect choice to experience the world famous majesty of Tuscany!

GROUND FLOOR: Main entrance leads into a grand salon with comfortable sofas and armchairs, fireplace and music system; entertainment room with satellite TV; fully equipped Tuscan kitchen; unique dome-ceiling dining room; office area with telephone, fax, internet access and computer facilities; cloakroom, bathroom and laundry room

FIRST FLOOR: Six sunny and spacious queen rooms with beamed ceilings and original terracotta floors, each with modern en suite bath and shower facilities. One additional room can be converted into either a twin or king bedroom.

Services included

Included in the weekly rental rate are one housekeeper who services the bedrooms and ground floor reception rooms 6 days per week, one chef who is available to prepare a continental style buffet breakfast each morning and either lunch or dinner each day (6 days per week- groceries are extra) and one gardener to look after the grounds and swimming pool.

WINE CELLAR & WINE TASTINGS: A well-stocked private wine cellar is available to the Villa's guests.

TUSCAN COOKING SCHOOL: Afternoon or evening cooking lessons with our professional Italian chef can be pre-booked at Casa Matteucci for up to 8students.

LAUNDRY: We are pleased to offer a personal laundry service and can also make arrangements for any specialist dry cleaning requirements.

BABYSITTING SERVICE: English-speaking babysitters can be arranged.
