Description
Podere Montalcino is a large farmhouse just 9 kilometers from Montalcino.
The house has been completely renovated, a sensitive operation which was carried out with great care to maintain original structural features. Extensive use of terracotta tiles, exposed ceiling beams, traditional brickwork and dark woods lends a warm depth to the airy, spacious rooms.
Accommodation
The villa which can accommodate up to 14 guests on two floors. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom for disabled people, kitchen, two connected living rooms with Sat TV and fireplace sauna and dressing room.
On the first floor there are five double bedrooms with hydro massage bathtub and one twin bedroom with hydro massage bathtub.
Outside there is the private swimming pool which measures 6x12 mt, a sun-bathing terrace and an area where you can dine and enjoy the stunning views of the Siena countryside.
