Villa Elisabetta is a luxurious mansion set in the heart of the Maremma region of Tuscany. This oasis of natural beauty is any golfer's dream escape, thanks its world-class private course and privileged location nearby to the courses at Punta Ala and Pelagone. Additionally, Castiglione della Pescaia, recently named Italy's finest seaside resort, is a mere twenty-five minute drive from the Villa.

With grounds composed of over 2,300 magnificent acres and a private 12-hole golf course, guests at Villa Elisabetta can enjoy a leisurely round of golf whenever they like. In addition to the villa itself, the estate offers twelve cottages less than a mile from tee-off, beautifully decorated and decked out with all the necessary comforts: bedrooms with air conditioning, spacious bathrooms with both tub and shower and spacious, welcoming living areas.

Furthermore, the Pool House boasts the ultimate in well-being and relaxation, including an authentic Mediterranean Hammam. Villa Elisabetta's two floors accommodate 14 adults plus 2 small children very comfortably.

Accommodation

GROUND FLOOR - Composed of a spacious central living room and a large dining room, both with fireplace. Adjacent to the dining room are the fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room. Adjoining the living room is an office space with internet connection and fax, an entertainment room with a full home theatre system including satellite TV, one small bathroom and the elegant entryway with stairs leading to the second floor. All ground floor rooms have beautiful French windows with access to the garden and pool area.

FIRST FLOOR - For guests' fun and enjoyment, atop the staircase is a central billiard room and a fantastic loggia overlooking the pool, grounds and surrounding countryside. The right side of the Villa's first floor contains two master bedrooms, each with king size bed, dressing room and spacious bathroom with tub and shower. On the opposite side of the upper floor are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, plus one double and one twin bedroom which share a full bathroom.

ANNEX HOUSE - Aside from Villa Elisabetta, there is also the possibility to accommodate two additional guests in the Annex House's double bedroom, complete with en-suite bathroom and comfortable living room.

The traditional Italianate garden is fully equipped for al fresco dining, and guests may enjoy full access to the Turkish bath with shower, swimming pool complete with towels and lounge chairs, pool bar and bathroom.

Services included

Included in the weekly rental charge is a team of two housekeepers who, along with general housekeeping duties, prepare an Italian breakfast each morning 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).

A gardener looks after the grounds and the swimming pool.

Services not included

LOCAL COOK: a local cook is available to provide luncheons and dinners. We recommend pre-booking to guarantee this service.

TUSCAN COOKING SCHOOL: Afternoon or evening cooking lessons with our professional Italian chef can be pre-booked at Villa Elisabetta for up to 8 students.

LINEN: We are pleased to offer a midweek linen change.
