Located approximately a half-hour from both Siena and Florence, this magnificent Villa includes fourteen uniquely decorated bedrooms, each with private bath, to accommodate up to 25 guests. Upon request, visitors may also rent the adjoining cottage, which sleeps six guests in its comfortable, spacious bedrooms, and the owner's private apartment, which accommodates for guests, for a grand total of 35 guests.

Originally built in the 1400s, Villa Isabella was expanded to its present configuration in the 18th century and renovated in 1997. Surrounded by twenty eight acres of lush olive groves and gardens, the main villa measures 1,500 square meters and succeeds winningly in combining tradition with modern comfort. Featuring wonderful courtyards, impressive dining rooms fine Tuscan antiques, and great perks like a phone in each room, the property is an ideal elegant setting for weddings, family reunions and corporate retreats.

Accommodation

GROUND FLOOR - Upon entering Villa Isabella, guests enter a spacious living room with beautiful stone walls and archways, furnished with Tuscan antiques and oil paintings. Three interior dining rooms facing the terrace allow you the option of dining all together or in smaller groups. The large, well-equipped gourmet kitchen can be used for cooking classes. Past the dining room is a spacious double bedroom suite with private bathroom and doors which open out to the spacious gardens.

The room also includes a comfy sitting room with big screen plasma television, satellite TV, a full stereo and video games. This living space connects to a spacious covered terrace. Back along the halls of the Villa, a small interior chapel with richly-hued frescoes leads to another corridor and a single bedroom with en suite bathroom and spectacular views of the estate. Along this same hallway is a double bedroom with sitting room and en suite bathroom, a large bedroom suite with an exceptional private bathroom, and a queen size bedroom suite with canopied bed and private bath.

Villa Isabella's north wing houses one large bedroom with beautiful frescoes and en suite bathroom, and another bedroom suite with private bath which features a Jacuzzi and marble sinks.

FIRST FLOOR - The upper floor boasts a luxurious living room with access to a large balcony with wonderful views of the gardens and the Chianti countryside. Adjacent are one double bedroom with private bath (complete with charming Victorian claw foot bathtub) and another large bedroom, also with private bathroom. In the north wing are two additional bedrooms, both with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms, plus one suite with twin beds and private bathroom.

Located under the main house is a centuries-old cantina which houses a full-size pool table, a stone olive press and other antique farm instruments which are tastefully displayed.

Services included

Villa Isabella offers daily breakfast and one dinner to its guests.

Daily maid service is provided.

Included in the weekly rental charge is a team of three housekeepers for general cleaning duties.

A gardener looks after the grounds and the swimming pool. Full-time concierge is available on site.

WINE CELLAR & WINE TASTINGS: A well-stocked private wine cellar is available for guests of the Villa.

TUSCAN COOKING SCHOOL: Afternoon or evening cooking lessons with our professional Italian chef can be pre-booked at Villa Isabella for up to 10 students

LAUNDRY: We are pleased to offer a service for personal laundry as well as make arrangements for any special dry cleaning requirements.

BABYSITTING SERVICE: English-speaking babysitters can be arranged.
