Villa Fabrini is a Leopoldine villas, who saw their first days with the Medici family, dated back the 13th century.

GROUND FLOOR: Spacious dining room with long dining table, a living room and kitchen with a wonderful ancient fireplace. The dining room opens directly on the garden and pool through two French doors .Then a second living room with fireplace and a separate TV room. 2 twin bedrooms and 1 shower room.

FIRST FLOOR: 4 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 twin bedroom, 4 en suite shower rooms. From the first floor you can access the villas tower, which has another double bedroom with queen size bed with en suite bathroom with tub.

GUEST HOUSE: - Finely refurbished annex situated a few meters meters from the main villa.
GROUND FLOOR: living room and shower room.
FIRST FLOOR: two bedrooms with 5 single beds. This guest house is ideal for children of all ages. It is never rented by itself and can only be taken together with the villa

VILLA (565 square meters) sleeps 16+5 in guest house - 10 bedrooms / 7 bathroom Out door facilities

On a side of the villa, a large covered patio of 50sq.meters with a marble table for al fresco dining. Garden furniture, sun beds and a large built-in barbecue are here to make your stay incredibly charming and welcoming . the villa also offers a large covered parking area on a covered side of the villa.

110 square mt on an upper level, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 14x7 shared swimming pool - A Traditional tuscan style apartment, with large and fully equipped kitchen with ancient fireplace. A Large terrace (60 sq.mts) with a large table fro outside dining. Incredible charming hillside view.
