Villa Fedra is a splendid Renaissance Villa set in beautiful estate of terraced olive groves, cypress trees and 16th-century fountains. Recently restored, the Villa is a historically aristocratic home of great charm with eleven elegant and luxuriously appointed guestrooms which sleep up to twenty two guests. The villa is conveniently located nearby to the medieval town of Lucca, with its impressive stone walls.

GROUND FLOOR: Fully-equipped kitchen; main entrance leading into elegant formal dining room and a salon of comfortable sofas and armchairs with a log fireplace; entertainment room with satellite TV and dual capacity video; guest study area with telephone, fax, broadband internet access, computer facilities and central music system (CD, radio, cassette and microphone)
The ground floor also includes two bathrooms and an Italian loggia which faces the splendid rear garden.

FIRST FLOOR: Six spacious, well-appointed guestrooms (with two twin/one king beds), each with superb private bathroom facilities. A plush central sitting room includes comfortable sofas, armchairs, satellite TV and everything else necessary for complete and total relaxation.

SECOND FLOOR: Five magnificent rooms, including a beautifully decorated Deluxe Room that includes to a spacious dressing room. All rooms have private bathroom facilities.

Services included

A team of three housekeepers, who are responsible for general cleaning duties, will also prepare a continental breakfast buffet each morning and provide meal service for either lunch or dinner.
A chef is also available for either lunch or dinner each day (6 days per week).
A gardener looks after the grounds and the swimming pool.

WINE CELLAR & WINE TASTINGS: A well-stocked private wine cellar is available to guests of the Villa.

TUSCAN COOKING SCHOOL: Afternoon or evening cooking lessons with our professional Italian chef can be pre-booked at Villa Controni for up to 14 students.

LAUNDRY: We are pleased to offer a service for personal laundry as well as make arrangements for any special dry cleaning requirements.

BABYSITTING SERVICE: English-speaking babysitters can be arranged.
