Set in pristine natural surroundings, Villa Le Caldine offers guests world-class hospitality and breathtaking panoramas in a setting of luxurious simplicity. The Villa's colour scheme is inspired by the four seasons: warm, intense tones ranging from sunny ochre and deep red to sage green and ocean blue to old stone and warm terracotta.

The bright and sunny south-facing sitting rooms, elegant fireplace lounges and spacious dining areas all boast French doors which open onto paved terraces. The large country kitchen, with ample countertop space, is equipped with modern Italian fixtures and fittings. The cool, airy bedrooms are all decorated in characteristic Tuscan rustic style, each with a comfortable private bathroom featuring brand new white porcelain fittings and spacious showers. Gently sloping steps and walkways lead from the Villa to the mosaic-tiled infinity pool with hydro massage area.

Adjacent is a stone solarium furnished with ample sun beds, a fully-equipped barbecue and a chic pool house suitable for dining and equipped with cushioned sofas and chairs. In addition to the spacious lawn with plenty of space for al fresco relaxation, the expertly cultivated Mediterranean garden boasts thriving olive groves, cypress trees, rosebushes and lavender beds. The views from the gardens and pool of the surrounding the countryside are simply magnificent.

Sleeps 12 guests in five double and two single bedrooms, all with private bath.

GROUND FLOOR - The ground floor of the Villa offers a spacious tri-functional living area (sitting room, lounge with large open fireplace and dining room) divided by classic Tuscan brick archways. A spacious bi-level kitchen with restaurant style facilities has central work area on one level and a pantry on the other, adjacent to guest/staff bathroom. Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms with three private baths: one double, one double/twin and one single bedroom.

FIRST FLOOR - The first floor can be reached by an internal staircase. The Villa's upper level houses four charming bedrooms: two double, one double/twin and one single bedroom, all with en suite bathroom facilities.

External Apartments and Suites
Sleeps 17 guests in 10 bedrooms (eight bathrooms)

The four exterior suites all boast private entrances as well as offering spacious living and dining areas and full country kitchens. There are two on the ground floor and two on the first floor composed as follows:

- Poolside Suite 1: ground floor; sleeps three in one single and one double bedroom with one bathroom, with spacious shared bathroom.

- Poolside Suite 2: ground floor; sleeps three in one single and one double bedroom with one bathroom, with spacious shared bathroom.

- Country View Suite: first floor; sleeps five people in one double, one double/twin and one single bedroom, each with private bathroom facilities.

- Pool View Suite: first floor; sleeps six people in two double bedrooms and one double/twin bedroom, all with private bathroom facilities.

Services included

Included in the weekly rental charge are the services of two housekeepers who care of general cleaning duties Monday-Friday.

A gardener looks after the grounds and the swimming pool. There is also a concierge available at the estate's reception.

Services not included

TUSCAN COOKING SCHOOL: Afternoon or evening cooking lessons with our professional Italian chef can be pre-booked at Villa le Caldine for up to 10 students.

TUSCAN MAMMAS: local 'Tuscan mammas' can prepare a continental/buffet breakfast each morning and provide meal service for either lunch or dinner. A chef is also available for either lunch or dinner each day (6 days per week).

LAUNDRY: We are pleased to offer a service for personal laundry as well as offering to arrange for any special dry cleaning requirements.

BABYSITTING SERVICE: English-speaking babysitters can be arranged.
