Located in the heart of the Chianti hills, the finely refurbished villa is composed of two apartments. It is located on this 360° view hilltop give you the chance of enjoying fabulous views over the Tuscan Chianti Hills.
Both apartments were brought back to their antique beauty following their architecture using traditional Tuscan materials as hand made Terra cotta tiles, Pietra serena for inside and outside stairs and wooden beamed ceilings. This together with the modern amenities and comforts, family furniture and kilim carpets. This stone villa is located in the estate, 100 m. from the medieval village and enjoys a panorama of the Chianti hills and olive oil groves of the farm establishment from all its rooms.
The house gives a warm home atmosphere and luminous , is decorated with antique furniture, kilim carpets and every modern convenience while maintaining the traditional Tuscan style.

On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a sitting room, a large kitchen, a dining room and a loggia which offers the possibility to dine outside.
An old staircase takes you up to the second floor, where there is a sitting room, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms.

To enjoy the exclusivity of this Villa is possible to rent another small flat with one double bedroom, bathroom small kitchenette.

Outdoor - Villa del Poggio is surrounded by spacious grounds with a pool from offering wonderful views of the Chianti hills.

Villa del Poggio sleeps a total of 12 (4 on sofa beds) people with an entire park, gym, and pool for private use.

Security deposit: Guests are responsible for the accommodation furniture during their stay, therefore, a security deposit of € 200 is required at check-in time (only cash). It will be returned at check-out after an accurate check of the accommodation. In case of damage(s), management is authorized to keep the deposit.
