Would you like to have some fun in a kitchen or just to make some pasta? Take a cooking lesson and enjoy a great meal with one of our chefs. Our cooking classes are taught in Italian and in English by our selected Tuscan chefs. Zuzzintuscany is glad to offer a wide choice of locations for your cooking classes: Siena, Florence, Chianti Classico, Volterra, San Gimignano, Montalcino or just at your private villa !!!
During every lesson we explore a complete menu; you ll get in touch with the techniques and the traditions of the Tuscan cookery, which is one of the best in Italy and contributes to make this region so special. Recipes vary according to the time of the year, since we only use the freshest ingredients available.
Cooking lesson in Siena
Ms Lella will welcome you in her laboratory to prepare a full meal. Lella, born in Siena, can meet the needs and wishes of all the participants and every lesson can be focalized on special themes like Carnival cakes, Siena's Cakes, Pizza, Pasta, meats or fish dishes.
Lella speaks Italian only, so the lesson will be conducted in collaboration with an interpreter.

Cooking lesson in Chianti Classico
We collaborate with a local farm in the heart of the Chianti Classico region to organize wonderful hands-on cooking lessons using fresh, organic ingredients and an abundance of local wines. Although our ‘Mamma' will
demonstrate dishes from all over Italy, particular attention will be paid to Tuscan cuisine, helping to guarantee that all ingredients are local and in season. Visitors may opt to complete an entire menu or a single theme, such as first courses or desserts.
Lessons are held in a beautiful, modern kitchen and all the tasting takes place in dining rooms which have been elegantly decorated with regional flair. Interpreters will be on hand at all times to translate the instructors' native Italian into English. At any given cooking session's end, participants will work up an appetite before eating on the tour of the wine cellars and olive mill with a private guide who will explain the many different aspects of wine and olive oil production.
