Q: Where are your villas located?
A: The villas are located all through out Tuscany, a region in Italy, the villas are divided by geographic area within this region
Q: How do I know what facilities a villa has?
A: All the facilities are stated on every villa description, and on the right a summary. Pls. Note that all our our have a pool, and at least as many bedrooms as bathrooms.
Q: How do I book?
A: Once you ask us with email or form a villa availability and we reply within the 24 hrs , the villa can be confirmed by email and with immediate accommodation contract sent, which is to be read carefully ,signed and sent by fax. Plus to be given 30% deposit, without which the confirmation is not complete.
Q: When do I pay the accommodation and extra services?
A: The villa is booked with 30% deposit, the balance is to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. The services, what ever these may be will need to be paid with the balance of the villa 30 days before arrival.
Q: If I want extra services when I arrive?
A: We will be very happy to provide them, within limits, we are not yet fully capable of doing miracles, so we just need your ok, sign the contract and your credit card detail For the payment.
Q: How do I know what the price includes?
A: All the prices include is state don' the right column of every villa description. The villas can be self catering villa (= no service other than mid week change of linens), half staff villa(= daily maid service for a max of 4 hours a day 6 days a week include dint he price) or full staff villa (= depending on the villa, but will have full coverage of the day with maid service, chef ,gardener)
Q: Can you organize group holidays?
A: Yes we can, you have to send us the form, and pay euro 50 for 3 day tour and 100 for more than 3 days and we will with all the details you will give us send you a full proposal with accommodation, activities, transportation, meals,& specials.
Q: What is the difference between farmhouse, villa, castle, resort and B&B?
A: Well the main aspect is it's architecture. A Farmhouse is usually an old farmers home finely refurbished. The Villa is the land owner villa or the noble villa , the castle mostly dated around the 1100's, the resort is a big accommodation area, where in same estate we have either more separate villas, or apartments or room or a combination. The B&B ,mainly in cities, can be a fine hotel substitute, and provides daily clean and breakfast.
Q: If I want to cancel a reservation what happens?
A: As we state on the contract the deposit of 30% is non refundable, so if you just decide to cancel within 60 days the deposit is lost. From 60 days to arrival date the entire 100% will have to be balanced.
